Truwood is a family owned and managed specialist joinery company established in 1981 in County Monaghan, Ireland where we are still based today. Covering hospitality and commercial projects along with retail, leisure & tourism, public works and healthcare, we work with both new build and refurbishment projects with many of the main contractors in the construction industry as well as architects, designers and clients directly.

From day one, we have been manufacturing bespoke joinery of the highest quality for a variety of clients from our workshop in Emyvale.
Initially specialising in kitchen and bar projects, we have successfully branched out into the commercial, retail, leisure and tourism, public works & healthcare and education sectors.

Although much of our business is based in the domestic Irish market, we have also worked all over the world, including North America, Europe and Asia, developing an international reputation as one of the finest bespoke joinery crafts people in the business.

LEAN processes recently implemented at Truwood have led to the adoption of Stage Gate project management principles, where every project is afforded a dedicated project management team who will work closely with you to ensure your programme runs smoothly..

Equipped with the most advanced equipment, machinery and skilled crafts people, we source wood and materials from all over the world to ensure the highest quality finish possible, building each bespoke project from our workshop floor.

Combined with our advanced project management programme, our skills and capabilities equate to shorter lead times, quicker responses and, of course, the consistently high standard of quality for which Truwood is famous.

With over 35 years’ experience, our dedication to our craft, combined with a focus on the customer has been the driving force behind our success.
