FREELANCE MARKETER

Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail oriented Marketer to join our team. This is a dynamic role that will see you working across the full marketing mix, delivering campaigns, designing collateral, building digital engagement, and coordinating events.  The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence and drive business growth.

Main Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print, PR and events.

  • Develop engaging, timely and on-brand content for marketing materials, including social media posts, adverts, recruitment, website content, newsletters and press releases.

  • Maintain and build upon marketing strategy to increase brand visibility.

  • Manage all enquiries from website and social media ensuring communication with the relevant people / departments.

  • Manage and role out HubSpot across departments

  • Liaise with commercial team to ensure all marketing initiatives support lead generation and customer growth.

  • Support event planning and logistics, including trade shows, sponsorships, and events.

  • Ensure brand guidelines are applied consistently across all marketing communications.

  • Monitor and report on campaign performance and digital analytics, highlighting opportunities for improvement.

 

Criteria

  • 3-5 years recent marking experience essential.

  • Design experience with Canva, Adobe Indesign, Adobe Creative or other design tools.

  • Proficiency in digital platforms, including email marketing platforms and content management systems.

  • Eagerness to build skills in video editing, photography, and graphic content creation; prior experience considered an advantage

  • Focussed and proactive with exceptional organisational skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to think creatively.

 

6-12 hours per week but this is negotiable

This opportunity is ideal for someone requiring flexibility and the option to work remotely.
